To help promote strong community engagement, Fourcast and Peterborough Public Health have collaborated to develop a Community Liaison Committee for the Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) Site at 220 Simcoe Street. The group is combined of neighbours, nearby businesses, and service providers who have an opportunity to contribute to the success of this life-saving service. The committee will meet quarterly or on an as-needs basis. This is a volunteer role and participants will sit on the committee for a one-year term.

Members of the community were invited to submit an application to sit on the Community Liaison Committee. Those chosen sit alongside several agency representatives. The current Community Liaison Committee members include:
