Opioid Case Management/Counselling Services
Fourcast offers individual counselling services for anyone concerned about their opioid use including prescribed opioids. Addiction Counsellors are available for case management support such as connecting to health care services, referrals to chronic pain specialists, and availability to attend appointments in the community.

Naloxone training and dispensing
Fourcast counsellors can provide training to clients and the public on how to identify and respond to an overdose, including overdose prevention tips. Nasal Naloxone kits available for Free
Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Support Services
Fourcast Addiction Counsellors are co-located with RAAM service to provide on-site counselling; referrals to community supports; and naloxone training and distribution.

Needle Exchange
In conjunction with PARN – Your Community AIDS Resource Network, Fourcast provides free harm reduction supplies (including sterile needles) to people who use injection and inhalation drugs in order to reduce the risk of HIV transmission and other blood-borne infections.
Harm Reduction supplies can be accessed during regular business hours at the Peterborough main office, Lindsay office and Cobourg office.
