Connecting with one of our Intake Counsellors is the first step in accessing services at Fourcast.
The Intake process can be done over the phone or in person and takes approximately 20-30 minutes. You will be asked for contact information and questions about substance use/gambling, mental health, coping skills and other questions to help us determine how to best support you. You can book an appointment for an intake or call during business hours to speak with someone.
Our Intake team will book you an appointment for an assessment as well as inform you of the programs and services you can access right away. You will get matched with a counsellor to discuss your needs and make a plan together.
